Relay

If you're not up to running the ultra-distance alone, you can gather up your friends, family, co-workers or teammates and form a team to compete against other teams in a relay race. The team with the most accumulated miles wins.

Course

The course for the Rhode Island 6 Hour Ultramarathon and Relay is a rolling 2.7 mile loop through scenic wooded sections of Warwick City Park in Warwick, RI. The course is certified by USATF certifier Ray Nelson. A fully stocked aid station will be available along the loop.
